Introduction of Cashew Nut Shelling Processing Line:

♦Cashew cooking machine: Cooked cashew nuts are cracked in automatic cashew nut shelling machines. A roller bearing is used to adjust the distance between rollers for cashew nuts in different size. 

♦Cashew nut shelling machine: The machine is a professional equipment to remove almond shell,the machine has the advantages of high shelling rate.

♦Cashew kernel and shell separating machine: The machine is used to separate cashew kernels from cashew shells and unshelled cashew nuts. After through cashew nut shelling machine, cashew shell pieces and kernels are separated by cashew shaker, and unshelled cashew nuts are returned to be re-shelled.

♦Cashew nut peeling machine: The skin of each cashew kernel is removed by cashew kernel peeling machine for deep-processing products. This automatic cashew kernel peeling machine works with a air compressor and the internal parts of peeling machine are made from high quality stainless steel.

Working Principle of Cashew Nut Sheller Line:

Raw materials cashews first cleaned by the washing machine; sorting machine and then according to the different sizes of cashew nuts will be divided into three to five levels; and then use the hoist to the cashew nuts into the cooking machine, cooking machine with a steam boiler, due to different thermal expansion coefficient , cashews and shells are easily separated due to cooling; and then cashew nuts shell are peeled with special cashew nut shelling, cashew peel peeling machine removes the cashew nut skin,finally, cashew nuts finish peeling.
